Organisations from across Northern Ireland are being invited to take part in a free, in-person Resource-Matching Workshop taking place on Thursday 19 February 2026 at North West Regional College Springtown Campus in Derry/Londonderry.
The workshop is being delivered by International Synergies Northern Ireland in collaboration with GemX, and is designed to help organisations identify practical opportunities to reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, lower costs and develop new collaborative partnerships.
Open to organisations from all sectors, the session will focus on identifying what resources participants have available, such as surplus materials, by-products, underused assets or services, and what they need, including inputs, materials or operational solutions. Facilitated support will be provided to help uncover potential matches and circular economy opportunities between participating organisations.
The workshop will provide practical insight into resource efficiency and circular economy approaches, supported by expert guidance and real-world examples. Participants will also take part in structured resource-matching discussions aimed at identifying cost-saving and waste-reducing solutions. A networking lunch will offer additional opportunities to connect with other organisations and explore collaboration pathways.
